Therapy Payment Agreement for Parent/Guardian

Thank you for supporting my client as they begin therapy. Below is a brief outline of the financial agreement related to their sessions with me.

Please note: Although you are kindly supporting the payment of sessions, therapy is a confidential process between myself and my client. They are considered mature enough to engage in therapy independently, and their trust in the process is essential. I will not share details of our sessions unless they request it or there is a serious safeguarding concern.

Session Fees

  • Online individual session (50 minutes): £90

  • Block of 6 sessions: £500 (to be used within 2 months of the first session)

Invoices will be sent via email (please provide that below) and are payable by bank transfer upon receipt, unless we agree otherwise.

If sessions are booked using a block payment, I will keep a simple record of sessions used and let you know when the block is close to being used up.

Cancellations

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full.

  • I will always give as much notice as possible if I need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, holiday or other commitments.

Payment Agreement

I understand that I am agreeing to cover the costs of therapy for client named below and accept the terms outlined above.
